SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS

Our maintenance and support contracts provide clients with a guaranteed response to their IT problems within 4 working hours, however usually our clients find we can attend on site within 1-2 working hours. All clients on maintenance and support contracts receive a reduced rate of only £35 per hour for call out work (standard rate £50 per hour) and a number of free service calls each month to check on PC systems and general troubleshooting.
