Sam is the owner and director of Skylock IT Ltd which has been supporting businesses with their IT needs since 1999. Sam is Microsoft Trained System Engineer, specialising in Microsoft Business to Business solutions.

An experienced office and accounts manager, with a strong project management background, Nicole is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of everything behind the scenes at Skylock IT.

With a background in IT training and management for the NHS, David is an expert in technical strategy, and always evaluates the business first and the IT second, to ensure clients get the best possible systems for their business in the short and long term. David is Microsoft certified for Microsoft Small Business Server v2008 and 2011, so has an in-depth knowledge of these products and how they work, ensuring that client systems are implemented and supported correctly.

Andrew brings over 20 years creative industry experience to Skylock IT. He has worked for various design agencies in the North East producing branding, websites and apps for various clients such as The Royal Society, Mencap, Amdega, The Princess Diana - the work Continues, THORN Lighting, Rentokil and The British Association of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons to name but a few.
